We are so pleased to welcome you to our school website, the communication hub of our school. The design of this site reflects the life and vibrancy of our students, families and staff. At La Pluma, we are dedicated to creating a school of excellence. It is our aim to work with parents to lay a solid foundation for every student academically, socially, and artistically. A neighborhood school, La Pluma boasts the active involvement of many of our parents, grandparents, community members, and students from nearby Biola University. We are in partnership with many companies in the area to provide our students with rich experiences that go beyond the classroom. We are involved in a literacy initiative to ensure that all students read proficiently, and that the students of La Pluma are poised to think, learn, care and create!

Tuesdays: Beg.Band (3-6), Piano, Dance (K-1)
Wednesdays: Violin, Flags, and Jazz Band
Thursdays: Musical Theatre, Ballet (Gr. 2-6)
Friday: Guitar, Choir & Art

6th Grade Applications
Consider our 6th Grade Leadership Academy for your child. Stop by the office to pick up a registration packet, as well as a student application. Join us for a year of leadership development, organizational skills, & confidence building in an engaging learning atmosphere!

Language Assessments for New Students
New students who are in need a an English language assessment can call our school office now to set an appointment time on July 24th at the Language Center.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Teachers have created school supply lists for parents willing to donate school supplies for their child. Supply lists are also available at Walmart, Target, CVS Pharmacy, and Staples.
