My son Alex ia a 2nd grader at La Pluma. As someone in the field of child development and education, I am very interested in helping to make decisions about continuous improvement at La Pluma. I was on this council in the past and I would love to have the opportunity to serve La Pluma and our students again.

______Anne Guzman

I love helping to make a difference at La Pluma. I will have 3 children at La Pluma in 2017/2018 and want to make it a great school for them and for all children. I believe that parents, teachers and staff working together bring the best for our kids!

______Jorge A. Tirado

The success of our children and school is dependent on the strength of cooperation between we parents and our school staff. By focusing on our children’s needs and needed improvements at our school, we can better prepare for the future

learning environment. Please honor me with your vote.

There are 3 open seats for parents on SCC. Space will be provided for a write in candidate on the ballot. Our SCC is made up of 10 members: 5 parents, 3 teachers, 1 classified representative, and our school principal.
